Many of the songs appear in different books. We do not know which book you are using. The program does support entering song numbers for songs. If you stay in the same book this is a one time process.
Known issues will be published. However if you run into a problem you may contact us at "moreinfo at projectedsongs.com" (Be sure to enter the @ symbol.) You may also go here.
You may check for an update by clicking on Help in the menu. If you are connected to the internet the program will check in periodically to see if a new version is available, if so an icon will appear on the main screen.
The Paperless Hymnal® files are fully supported in 4x3 and 16x9 formats. Actually, minor modifications in your file structure should allow us to access any files as long as they are ".ppt" files.
The Song Solution Worship Planner is designed to look for files in a specific manner since there are so many ways that files are saved by different users. The Paperless Hymnal® file format is usually as follows: C Drive - tph_4x3 (and tph_16x9 for 16x9 format) folders - each of these have sub folders A through Z, with a separate folder for Amen and Full Song. The Full Song folder has a subset of A through Z folders. The Song Solution Worship Planner will automatically build this file structure for you under the "Help" menu item, See Example Below:
