First, do you need 32-bit or 64-bit?

1) Determine if you have 32-bit or 64-bit Office by doing one of the following:

a. Office 2010 – Open MS Access – Go to File – Help – Look at the About section which will tell you if you are running 32-bit or 64-bit

b. Office 365 or 2016 – Open MS Access – Go to File – Account – About Access

2) 32-bit installation is required for those running Office 32-bit programs,

64-bit is required for the 64-bit Office

Installation Instructions for the

Song Solution Worship Planner

All Users

You must be running Windows 7 or Windows 10 to use this program.
Disable your Antivirus as needed
Install the Song Solution Worship Planner and MS Access 2013 Runtime
Restart your computer
Right click the Song Solution icon and set Compatibility to "Run As Administrator
Some users may need to set the database permissions - see this video (or contact us)
If you are The Paperless Hymnal® user then you should open the program & set Files - Song Files Installed on the drive i.e. C. This is where your tph_4x3 or tph_16x9 folders should be located.
If you have not been The Paperless Hymnal® user you will most likely not have tph_4x3 or tph+16x9 folders. You should go to Help - Build File Structure - then move your ppt songs into the appropriate folder, A-Z (this is a one time deal.)

Updates

The program will notify you when an update has been published. You may update on demand by downloading the appropriate 32-bit or 64-bit update in the boxes to the right.
